1. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping – stay tuned!
2. Are your products Halloween-only?
Not at all! While we live for Halloween, our designs are perfect for spooky lovers year-round.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started preparing it for shipment.
4. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll wrap it like a present from the pumpkin patch.
5. What if my package is lost or damaged?
We’ll do our best to help you file a claim and/or send a replacement if eligible.
